Choosing paint protection film, a ceramic coating or window tint usually starts with the brand. These guides explain what each major brand is, its product tiers and warranty, and how it's represented in the UAE — then point you to specialists near you.
Paint protection film (PPF)
Hexis BODYFENCE
Paint protection film
BODYFENCE is the paint protection film line of HEXIS, a French manufacturer that has made self-adhesive films since 1989. It sits inside a much larger catalogue of wrapping, signage and print vinyls, which is the main way Hexis differs from the PPF-first American brands.

Paint protection film & window tint
KAVACA is Ceramic Pro's automotive film brand, covering both paint protection film and window tint. Ceramic Pro says the name comes from the Sanskrit for armour. Because it is usually sold by Ceramic Pro studios, it tends to appear bundled into a coating package rather than quoted on its own.

Paint protection film & window tint
STEK's DYNO line is a premium Korean-engineered paint protection film sold on its thickness (~190 microns) and room-temperature self-healing, offered in gloss and matte finishes. STEK also made its name with 'fashion films' — tinted, carbon and prism PPF that restyles the car while protecting it. The same brand also sells window film: the NEX range is a nano-ceramic and graphene tint, so a STEK studio can usually do both the paint protection and the glass.

SunTek offers both paint protection film and window tint, marketed on value and 2-in-1 PPF/hydrophobic technology. Its Reaction film is an ultra-clear premium option.

STEK NEX
Window film
NEX is STEK's window film, not its paint film. It is a nano-ceramic construction using tungsten, ITO and ATO compounds with a graphene layer STEK includes for heat spreading, sold in seven shades from NEX 05 at 7% VLT to the near-clear NEX 85 at 86% VLT. STEK publishes performance for every shade, which matters in the UAE: the 64% TSER headline belongs to a shade that is illegal here.

Window film
Solar Gard is the automotive film brand of Saint-Gobain, the French materials group, and describes itself as the group's performance films business. Alongside window film it makes Clearshield paint and windscreen film.
